| Restrictions: | Security in public buildings, especially government offices, is an unfortunate necessity of our times.No one may bring a weapon of any type into the courthouse.People entering the courthouse must pass through metal detectors and all purses, briefcases, packages, and other items will be screened by an x-ray machine.Items such as chemical mace, pepper spray, scissors, pocket knives, box cutters, knitting needles and nail files are also prohibited.Prohibited items that are not illegal to possess will be retained at the screening area. The item will be returned to you when you leave the building. |
